We were able to book in advance, interview nannies, and stay in communication well before she was scheduled to start. Because this was a vacation booking, we could coordinate in advance regarding toys and books to have available, as well as provide a rundown of meal times and other preferences. That experience was absolutely amazing, and my kids loved having her with them.
The second time we used CCARE was as a last-minute save. Once again, the CCARE team provided brilliant service. The nanny arrived on time and was wonderful with our children—playing with them, teaching them, and helping with meal times.
