Ccare Babysitting Agency was founded in 2015 by a young, energetic undergraduate whose love and care for children gained the trust of many parents throughout Trinidad.
How we started
Our story
Hi, I’m Chauna Charles! And I’m the proud owner and founder of Ccare Babysitting Agency Ltd. Ccare was founded on the basis of trust, safety, reliability and care. While starting off as a babysitter back in 2015, it dawned on me that parents always needed support when it came to childcare. I saw a need that was demanded by a plethora of parents throughout the country and decided to connect and network with qualified babysitters and nannies who were interested in working with the amazing pool of parents that I’d been meeting and building relationships with.
As a babysitter and nanny myself, I developed a huge passion for supporting moms and dads and creating a village of babysitters and nannies that can facilitate the care of their children within their absence. My main goal was to ensure that parents have peace of mind when it came to the idea of leaving their children with caregivers while they tend to work, date nights and well deserved getaways.
Our Team
Our Team comprises internal staff who connect and consult with our amazing parents before we connect them with our amazing pool of sisters and nannies. Our Parent Support ensures that our parents are communicated with efficiently and their specific requests are heard and valued. Listening to our parents’ needs is a key factor in our matchmaking ventures. Each and every parent has a specific idea of what they need and require from a childcare provider, and our Parent Support sees to it that their checklist is fulfilled.
It is essential that our contracted sitters and nannies are placed in a safe environment when providing services. Our Site Visit Personnel visit each and every home before the start of the service in order to assess certain factors with regard to potential risks and safety hazards, accessibility to transport, and to ensure that our parents install proper childproof protectors.
Our Sitter Team Lead provides assistance to our sitters and nannies.
Coordinating family introductions and placements, along with ensuring that each contractor is qualified. All sitters and nannies’ concerns while they are placed in the homes are communicated with their Team Lead.
